This electro-hydraulic press represents a significant innovation in the field of hydraulic presses, introducing a revolutionary concept of a movable head that allows easy operation on bulky and difficult-to-handle pieces, such as forklift wheels. The ability to adjust the piston horizontally meets all needs to tackle otherwise complex and laborious tasks. The removable work surface facilitates the positioning and handling of the piece with extreme maneuverability. A wide support base promotes decent rigidity of the machine, ensuring stability during operation.

The press is equipped with a high-speed motor (three-phase 230-400 V) mounted on an electro-hydraulic control unit with two automatic speeds, obtained through a gear pump for rapid approach and return, and a radial piston pump for slow working stroke. In addition to the pressure regulation valve and the three-position distributor (advance, neutral, and return), the machine is equipped with a pressure gauge, two "V" prisms, and a plate.

All presses are supplied complete with oil and include a special stem protector plate made of special steel, treated and chromed to ensure protection and durability over time. Equipped with a "man present" two-hand control compliant with current CE regulations, the press can be safely and easily equipped to perform even series production cycles thanks to the "Suspended Safeties" system.
