Our new series of high-speed motorized electro-hydraulic presses (three-phase 230-400V) represents a significant innovation in the field of hydraulic presses. Each press comes complete with a pressure gauge and an electro-hydraulic control unit with two automatic speeds, achieved through a gear pump for rapid approach and return and a radial piston pump for slow working stroke. The horizontally adjustable piston provides an ideal solution for working on pieces across multiple points, even when handling is difficult and labor-intensive.

All presses are equipped with a pressure regulation valve and a three-position control distributor (advance, neutral, and return) for precise and intuitive control. Each machine is provided with chains for moving the work surface, two "V" prisms, and a plate to support the workpiece during processing. In addition to being supplied with oil, all presses include a special stem-saving plate to protect the stems, made of special steel, treated and chromed to ensure strength and durability over time.

The machines are equipped with a "man present" two-hand control compliant with current CE regulations, ensuring a high level of safety for operators. Thanks to the "Suspended Safeties" system, it is possible to safely and easily equip the machine to perform series production cycles, ensuring efficiency and safety in every phase of the process.
